When you make an inquiry we don’t treat it as a booking. We first confirm availability before we get back to you with details. Those who go silent we normally send them 2 reminders as followup of their inquiries before we delete their records. After confirming availability it depend if you still have more queries, if not we make the inquiry into a booking.
After everything is clear and confirmed you will receive an Invoice requesting for payment. For booking confirmation we request 50% of the total amount whereas the balance is paid either one week before arrival or on arrival during check in.
